Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the CricketWingo Platform, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules, policies, and terms of use referenced herein or provided by CricketWingo in relation to the CricketWingo Platform (collectively, the “CricketWingo Services”).

3. CricketWingo Services

User Content
Users may have the ability to submit, post, or display content on the CricketWingo Platform (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant CricketWingo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with the CricketWingo Services.
Modifications to Services
CricketWingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the CricketWingo Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the CricketWingo Services.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including without limitation laws regarding the import or export of data or software, privacy, and local laws) while using the CricketWingo Platform.
Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Submitting false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the CricketWingo Platform or other users' accounts.
- Using the CricketWingo Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the CricketWingo Services.
- Attempting to deceive or defraud CricketWingo or other users.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the CricketWingo Platform.
Consequences of Violation
CricketWingo reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in CricketWingo's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without
limitation, removing the offending content from the CricketWingo Platform, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting them to law enforcement
authorities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
CricketWingo's Intellectual Property
The CricketWingo Platform contains material, such as software, text, graphics, images, and other material provided by or on behalf of CricketWingo (collectively referred to as the
“CricketWingo Content”). The CricketWingo Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, predict secret, and other laws. CricketWingo owns and retains all rights in the CricketWingo
Content and the CricketWingo Services.
Limited License to Users
CricketWingo grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the CricketWingo Content solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in
connection with the CricketWingo Services.
Restrictions
Users may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the CricketWingo Content
- Distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise make available the CricketWingo Content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the CricketWingo Services or any part thereof
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the CricketWingo Services
6. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

- THE CricketWingo SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. CricketWingo EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CricketWingo, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER
INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE CricketWingo SERVICES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CricketWingo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all
third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the CricketWingo Services,
your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
10. Termination
Termination by CricketWingo
CricketWingo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the CricketWingo Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the CricketWingo Services will immediately cease.
Effects of Termination
All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution

including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
Assignment
These Terms and Conditions are personal to you and are not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with CricketWingo's prior written consent. CricketWingo may
assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations hereunder without consent.
